Sukkasii - Socks

Pari paria sukkia on odotellut päättelykärpäsen puraisua, joka viimein iski. Siniset sukat ovat jo aikoinaan mummon opettamaa perusmallia vahvistetulla kantapäällä. Vaaleat kulkevat nimellä Arch-shaped socks ja ovat juuri nimensä mukaiset. Ne näyttävät hoopoilta ilman jalkaa mutta istuvat kuin valetut. Neulomisen lopettamisesta on jo sen verran aikaa että sukkapuikkojen koosta ja langasta ei ole hajuakaan, mutta jotain ohutta sukkalankaa ne ovat. Tykkään.

Two pairs of socks sat and waited for a weave-in-ends-bug to come and bite me and finally it did. The blue ones are basic socks, such as my granny taught me to knit ages ago, with reinforced heel. The light ones are called Arch-shaped socks and they are just that. They look goofy without a foot but they fit like a glove :). It's been such a long time since I finished knitting them that I have no idea about  the size of the dnps or the yarn and I used. Love them.
